LR- Back to Normal?

I was iced in at work Tue. night and managed to get two 12 hour shifts in a 
31 hour time span! (no one told me working in surgery was going to be that 
much fun!)
I'm almost back to as normal as I'll ever be as soon as I catch up on some 
sleep.
