LR - Selecting a New Baron/Baroness for Elfsea

For those not subscribed to the Elfsea mailing list
and have not heard through other sources, Llywelyn and
Xene have decide to step down as Baron and Baroness of
Elfsea at Elfsea Springfaire.  They have served 3 1/2
years in those offices, and have worked long and well
for Elfsea and its Cantons, including of course Loch
Ruadh.  Vivat! to them, and their works as Baron and
Baroness.

A new Baron and/or Baroness must now be selected. 
This is the responsibility of Their Royal Majesties,
Aleric and Kayleigh.  It is the responsibility of we
the populace to inform TRMs of our opinion in the
matter.  There will be a polling at Elfsea Moot on
Monday, 21 February, 7:30pm, at the Coors Distribution
Center Hospitality Room.  All members of the Canton of
Loch Ruadh are encouraged to attend and let your
opinion be known.  You do not need to be a paid SCA
member to do this.

The candidates for the next Baron and Baroness of
Elfsea who have so far declared their intentions to
stand are:

Galen of Bristol and Allesandre Desiderio
Darius of the Bells and Rosalia O'Brogan
