LR - Populace in garb?

Since it is rumored that His Nextelleny himself will
be at populace tomorrow, I think it would look really
good if we all showed up garb(in canton colors).

Also, since we celebrated the first populace of the
new year in garb in January, why not celebrate the
first populace of A.S. XXXV in garb as well!

Padraig, do you know if Galen is still planning on
coming?
