LR - how to fix a leak

Look for a good food-safe glue (any WalMart will have a large selection of glues, just check the package to ensure the one you pick is food-safe) and run a bead around the seam on the bottom.  That should seal it.

OR 

Next event you get to, check merchant row and find an all metal, ceramic or even wooden drinking vessel.  Usually you can get one for a reasonable price.

Or check your local Salvation Army / Goodwill / Thriftmart store - more often than not, there are all metal or sometimes nice looking ceramic or wooden mugs for about a buck.
