Dunstan,

	I can suggest a couple of places here in the metroplex to look for bows but they tend to be a little more pricey than mail order.  I purchased my bow over at Outdoor Pro Shops in Garland but I have found the same bow at F&S Discount Archery out of Tustin, Ca. for somewhat cheaper.  You can hit their web site at www.fsdiscountarchery.com and I will try to remember to bring one of their mail order catalogs with me to populace meeting next week.  I have a Martin recurve bow which I like a lot but that is a personal choice.  I'll talk to you more about it at Populace Meeting.

Sounds like the competition was stiff.  I guess Fearghus will be the one to beat in tourneys to come.   I believe you did quite well, and will cause many to worry about their chances next tourney.

BTW   where is a good place to purchase a bow, and any advice as I look for one?
