I would personally like to thank Lady Ines and Lord Caerell for the donation
of loaner bows to the Canton.  We now have two combat bows, one recurve and
one longbow, and three target bows, one recurve and two long bows.  Once I
get bow strings on all of these, I'll measure them and let you know what
poundage they are.  I also want to thank Lady MagD'Leigha for stepping up as
deputy archery marshal for target/tournament archery.  She has been great
assistance to the canton in the past and I'm sure will be so again in this
venue in the future.  As I stated last night at populace meeting, I will
continue to focus on combat archery.  I would like to know how many of you
would want your combat archery authorization by Three Kings.  Please contact
me privately about this and I'll see what I can do to make this happen.
