I have found a couple of good suppliers for some of those hard to find
items:

Golf Tubes: $0.24 each! (+ shipping) / boxes of 42 only
Apple Sports (or Dorson Sports)

Note: they are a wholesaler.  Use a business ID or I can order them for you.

Black rubber tubing (1/4" ID x 1/16" wall):
$22.20 for a 50' roll  (They will probably cut shorter lengths)
