Please forgive me if I seem to be correcting  our Grand Hoo Haw but, after
getting my ___ chewed the last time she sent this type of message out, I
want to save everyone else that misunderstands her statement as it is
written.  What she is trying to very delicately tell us is to send her the
correction as we want it printed in the directory because then she doesn't
have to retype it (as she did mine); she only cuts and paste the changes
into the new book.  This goes for new people as well; just type everything
as you want it to appear and send it to her.

Last time, fool that I was, I thought since there were no changes in my
info that I didn't need to reply.  Forgetting that the info was in her
computer that died, and she would have to rebuild the directory from
scratch.  Hope this explanation makes it a little clearer.  You know our
Grand Hoo Haw is not a wordy person.  That is (obviously) why she hires me.
