LR- garb makers

While I am not averse to the idea of attending a garb workshop, I was
actually fishing around for the name of a person who could be hired (or
bribed, or blackmailed, or coerced...) into making garb.  More of a
commercial venture.  I would even be happy to trade ironwork for garb.
