I want to encourage every who can to go to the joint Elfsea/Steppes war practice
is this Sunday, at Flagpole Hill.
I plan on being there if the hangover isn't too bad.

It starts at 2 pm   [1400 hours]

After the practice, there will be a discussion on the possibility of forming a
Central Regional war unit.

Directions:
Okay, if you have access to good maps, the park is at the intersection of
Northwest Highway and Buckner in Dallas.  It is where Loop 12 changes from a
east/west road (Northwest Highway) to a north/south road (Buckner).

Take the I-30 into Dallas.  Exit on Buckner/Loop 12, and go north (left).
When you get to Northwest Highway, continue straight ahead into the park.
We're at the top of the hill, near the giant flag pole.
