0317:Flavius Julius Constantius, Eastern Roman Emperor
1504: Matthew Parker, Archbishop of Canterbury. As the second Anglican
Archbishop of Canterbury (1559-1575), he tried to set limits to reformers'
doctrines. He was against Puritanism, calling it "mutinous individualism."
