[Loch-ruadh] March Event

As I have never autocrated an event, and it doesn't sound like it's going to
be an enormous undertaking, sure, I'd like to autocrat a revolting event!
How do I put in a bid?

Last Populace meeting, it was voted to put in for an event the saturday
before Gulf War, to give those unable to get to the war a local event.
I made a minot error, however - the event needs a name to send in!
Suggestions? Thoughts? Comments?

Personally, I like "The Peasants are Revolting!"

It will also need an Autocrat, who must be a paid member, according to my
paperwork. Anybody interested?
