LR- Possible New Event?

I love the idea for a local event.  Ragnar and I would go.  I like the Insurection idea as well.   I will be glad to do any work for this event that is needed.  I have been feastocrat before and I have aided may Autocrats.  Let me know what I can do, if the general populace agrees.
