As it is the first Populace Meeting of the New Millenium, let's meet in garb.  This is not a requirement, but I think it would be nice if we did so.

Perrotti's has good food that is not too expensive, but you don't have to buy food to attend the meeting.

We generally gather for coffee and conversation after the meeting at a separate location.
