Greetings to the Populace!

If you are going to be attending Gulf Wars X and would like to camp with Loch Ruadh and collaborate on meals, please email me as soon as possible.  If we have a group of at least 20, we can ask the landocrat to reserve us a piece of land. 

Send me the names of everyone in your party, along with the number and approximate sizes of your tents.

Remember that your pre-registration must be postmarked by 31 January.  You can get a reservation form at www.gulfwars.org

Also, I would like a volunteer to be the meals coordinator.  This person will get volunteers to be responsible for each meal that we will be taking together.  Two years ago, it cost us less than $50 per person for breakfasts and suppers all week, and we had food to spare.
