[Loch-ruadh] Wandering bardic

Wiley here I am sending out a message to let everyone know that unfortunately
I will not be able to host the August wandering bardic because I had a gas
leak and we do not have the proper facilities to host it at this time.
However I will host the September bardic since I should have these things
fixed by that time.  So unless anyone else would be interested in hosting I'm
afraid it will not happen this month.
