[Loch-ruadh] Lughnasad prizes

I have asked, on more than one occasion, for the people in charge of the
various contests to contact me with a list of their needs/wants for prizes.
To date, no one has contacted me.  I've also solicited donations at an
Elfsea moot and at a LR populace meeting.

I'm gonna have to break out a can of whup*ss, I think.

I'm sure there are other projects happening.  Along about the end of the
month, you might contact those in charge of various contests to see what the
plans are.
