Been working on an sca name and I found this:

Amicia => Amice (and later, Amy)

Could someone give me the correct pronounciation for each of these and tell
me if the are legitimate names for what time periods?  Also, if anyone knows
what country or countries these might have been used in... Or if someone
could refer me to some web references or some place I could look them up
myself.
