Bonjour mes amis!

The Wandering Bardic and potluck feast scheduled for Friday, June 1st at
7:30 p.m. is still looking for a home. If you would like to host it, please
contact me ASAP. There aren't many requirements, just a willingness to put
up with people who drink a bit and fancy that they can sing.

It needn't be indoors, either. The last one was held out at Cian's house on
Lake Worth, in his lovely yard. A humorous note: every time we started
singing in earnest, it started to sprinkle. We'd adjourn indoors, only for
the rain to let up. So we'd go back out, and get sprinkled on again. This
must have happened at least three times. Everyone's a critic, eh? We had
an excellent time, despite a small turnout, and didn't make it home until
9:30 p.m. the next evening... but that's another story.

I'd really like to see someone who lives in a northeasterly section of Loch
Ruadh offer to host this, as the event has stayed primarily in the southwest
corner of our canton for quite some time. However, no reasonable offer will
be refused.

Amicalement,
Madelina de Lyndesaye
