so what i see is (apparently) an exploding dish of roast suckling spiglet with
all of us standing around with pita bread over our hands like catchers
mitts????

the idea sounds do-able........but perhaps better done at an outside event
just to be nice to the cleanup crew(ceilings are no fun)
