another possible source..

There is a restaurant supply over on Denton Hwy (377) which has some really
nice and cheap and light stainless pizza pans.

They look just like the plates one sees in painting and illuminated
manuscripts.


The 12 or 13 inch size runs about 2 bucks.

Didn't check out bowls.
