Now before you poo poo my idea, hear me out.

Pros...
First, it is getting great media coverage.(good recruitment idea)
Archery there is no problem.
Bathrooms are easily accessible and numerous...
  (if you don't mind going behind a great big rock or in a cave)
Marines provide security.
Mostly has good weather.
Absolutely no one to complain about us.
Free tank rides for the kiddies.

Cons...
No locals around.  (could be a recruitment problem)
No running water.
No electricity.
No grass. (for those of us who constantly have to fall down)

Where is this park you ask?
Why it's  anywhere in Kabul, Afghanistan.
All we would need is a flight-o-crat to coordinate the flight... possible a C-130
out of the Joint Reserve base?   Maybe even the back seat in a F-14?

Bring your own sun screen and ladies please bring your burkas... just in case.
