Looking "sewer" up, I found something even more weird:

"Main Entry: 1sew·er
Pronunciation: 'sü-&r, 'su(-&)r
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English, from Anglo-French asseour, literally, seater,
from Old French asseoir to seat -- more at ASSIZE
Date: 14th century
: a medieval household officer often of high rank in charge of serving the
dishes at table and sometimes of seating and tasting " -- online
Merriam-Webster dictionary

hope it doesn't taste like it sounds!!

Yeah those work better. It looked odd to me too when
I typed it. My brain was halfway fried when I sent
that out.
