[Loch-ruadh] Officers Meeting Budgets

I would like to thank everyone who came to LR's Officers meeting last
night.  It was really good for me because I have cabin fever and still
can't travel (and can't say that I want too yet).

We discussed budgets last night.  I want to remind all officers to
get those budgets to me in writing.

Members of the populace are also welcome to suggest items for the
budget.

We will be discussing them at the
Nov. & Dec. Officers meetings.  I would like to present the budget to
the Populace at the Jan.2002  Populace meeting.
