[Loch-Ruadh] Virus Check Part duex

For those who don't know how this virus works:

It gets into your email system and starts sending out replicas of itself to everyone in your address book.  It uses the addresses in your address to disguise where the emails it sends are coming from.  There is no indication on your computer that these emails are being sent.

It mostly attacks Microsoft email programs (ie, Outlook).  Everyone please take a few minutes to make sure your antivirus software is up to date, and it would probably be a good idea to run a complete scan on your hard drives (most antivirus systems have a routine to do this).
