Normally I string them on a heavy embroidery yarn (thicker than the regular floss, thinner than yarn). And this I would have done before I delivered them, but they were to be painted. Normally I find it at wal-mart in front of the yarn rack for about $3-5 for a 50 yard roll. I hope this helps. ----------------- Gustave
