[Loch-Ruadh] Corrected GulfWar XII Encampment

Suzanne,

We are going to hang the sheets around the edge of the camp for walls and
the finished size of twin flat sheets is 66x96, which means each one will
give us an 8' length of wall that is 5'6" tall.  There is supposed to be a
competition for the best decorated Ansteorran camp and, with our banners and
walls, we want to look super good.  This also serves to delineate OUR space.
We may want to consider putting an occasional support board up, in case the
space between the trees is so long the ropes sag.  We (Tarkus and I)can
donate several pieces of wood for this purpose.  If Dan can let me know how
long they should be, it will be done.
