[Loch-Ruadh] Corrected GulfWar XII Encampment

I will donate one or two.  Wal-Mart has twin flat for about $4.00 each and I
believe they have both red and black.  That way, we don't have to dye them
and the color will last longer.  We can have a Sew-on-the-ties party and I
can bring some leather scraps for reinforcements.  If there is much wind, we
will need the reinforcements to prevent the sheets from tearing.  We should
also add some loops for ground staking.
