Saw this on the SCA Heralds list and thought everyone would get a chuckle out of it.  Try not to be as offended by the term "Authenticity Nazi" as some of the people on the Heralds list were.  :)

Are You An Authenticity Nazi?

1) If you put on your "good" elf ears for court, you may not be an authenticity nazi.

2) If your garb has more than three zippers, you may not be an authenticity nazi.

3) If your nail polish matches your cotthardie, you may not be an authenticity nazi.

4) If you purchased any portion of your middle eastern garb at La Senza or Victoria's Secret, you may not be an authenticity nazi.

5) If your personna name contains any three of the following: Black, Moon, Dark, Blood, Axe, Wolf, Lone, Dragon, Bane, Cat or Wanderer, you may not be an authenticity nazi.

6) If you cite Michael Moorcock novels or Conan films as primary
documentation, you may not be an authenticity nazi.

7) If you have taken your heraldry from a beer label or the hood ornament of a car, you may not be an authenticity nazi.

8) If you watch Hercules and Xena, Warrior Princess for armor ideas, you may not be an authenticity nazi.

9) If you consider chainmail to be an undergarment, you may not be an authenticity nazi.

10) If your personna was raised by gypsies, captured by pirates, trained as a ninja, forced into a harem and made the first female samurai in Yorkshire, you may not be an authenticity nazi.
