[Loch-Ruadh] Lughnasad Planning Meeting

There will be a Lughnasad Planning Meeting in conjunction with Officers Meeting on Wednesday, 10 July, 7:30pm at Baroness Dana's house.  All Lughnasad Activity Coordinator need to attend, as this will be the last scheduled meeting before the event itself.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  If you are running an activity that requires helpers, it would be a good idea to ask for volunteers at Populace Meeting this Wednesday, 3 July.  It is a good idea to get your volunteer list filled up as early as possible.  Also, remember that the mailing lists are also a good way to solicit for volunteers.
