[Loch-Ruadh] shoes

While doing a search on Norman shoes, I came across this website.  Please
note I am not vouching for this merchant.  I am merely presenting a
resource.  Mostly, I just think it's neat to see pictures and have a time
and location put with the style.  Ever since I read Dohmnall's History of
the Day post which mentioned the date of left and right shoes being made,
I've been concerned about my non-period footwear.

Does anyone out there have experience making their own shoes?
