[Loch-Ruadh] Queens, LR & LR Populace

I had also planned to attend populace tonight to ask Loch Ruadh to assist with a royal luncheon at Queens... well plans have changed.

Her highness has requested that there be no feast, and instead a sideboard.  I need to get with my Head Cook and iron out those changes.  I appreciate the Seneschal making time for me to discuss the idea, but I've got to re-group the bid (the site has changed as well) in order to be done in time.
