[Loch-Ruadh] Hat Race

Hmmm... I was sitting way in the back, and couldn't hear everything, but didn't Their Majesties indicate that something would change at Defender?  Maybe I misunderstood, but I thought they meant an Investiture.  Perhaps they meant investing the Vicar and Vicaress.  Did anyone understand what they meant?

The last time that this has happened to a Barony (Bordermarch?), the Crown did not allow a Hat Race for five years.

Did the Crown suggest that a Hat Race would be allowed any time soon?

Our new Vicar and Vicaress who have been appointed by the Crown, are now in it for the long haul.

They and our Barony needs our help more than ever now.
