Attention all Lughnasad Coordinators

Now that Lughnasad is successfully concluded for another year, it is time to
go over what was done and see what areas we need to improve and/or simplify

As soon as possible, but no later than 31 August, please send me the
following information:

Your SCA name
The activity you were coordinator for
Items used for the activity
Brief report on the activity
Procedures to keep
Procedures to change
Procedures to stop using
Procedures to add

I will consolidate this information with information gathered from past
Lughnasads to provide next year's Autocrat and coordinators with a
guideline.

success!
