[Loch-Ruadh] Autocrat Bids for Lughnasad AS XXXIX

The Seneschal, Baroness Dana, has announced that she is seeking bids from
individuals who want to Autocrat our Lughnasad event next year.  The formal
opening for bids will be at September Populace Meeting and will close at
October Populace Meeting.

Check with Baroness Dana or with me if you are unsure of how to write up an
event Autocrat bid.
