This will be the first time for Pendaran to serve as Premier Bard of Ansteorra.  While his talents as a court herald and eloquent speaker have long been known, HE Pendaran has only recently begun competeing in Bardic competitions.  The first time I personally saw him compete was at Kingdom A&S in 2001.

Still, he is a superb orator and his work is consistantly very well documented.
