I'm always afraid of boring people when I get so technical. The glazed over eyes are usually an indication I've gone too far - <g>

I'm not an expert, that's for sure, and I don't want to give out incomplete or wrong information - so I try to be very carefull. And lord knows there's more than one way to do things! But I find that alot of period methods are done because it works, not because its traditional or they didn't have technology. If you've ever struggled with bad tools or materials - it gets soooo much easier when you spend a little more time and get the better quality ones.

I try not to be compulsively AR - when I do my own stuff though........... It becomes a struggle between my compulsive "I want it NOW!" and my obsessive "it has to be EXACTLY like this!" Thorgeirr is a very patient person.
