[Loch-Ruadh] Correction GW XII Menu

Greetings to all,

After reading the kitchen menu released by Lady Elizabeth regarding the
Tuesday night meal. The Gumbo was assumed to be seafood. Infact not all
gumbos are made with seafood. The word "Gumbo" means a stew or thick
soup usually containing okra and chicken or seafood. And current updated
recipes use a combination of two meats. The gumbo served last year at
GulfWar and the same recipe served here at our home several times a year
is made without any seafood.
