[Loch-Ruadh] Fian Ruadh Commander

The time has come for us to elect a new commander of Fian Ruadh for this
year!

So far, I have been notified by 3 poeple of interest in leading our
fighting unit - they are:

Lord Rolf Sewardson

Lord Padraig Ruad O'Maolagain

Lord Terric Brokenaxe

Others may still indicate interest if they wish, and you do not have to
be a fighter for this position, though, if not, you sould need a deputy
or two that could be out on the field with them during combat.
The leader is selected by popular vote at this June's populace meeting.
