and anybody else interested...

We have recently changed a couple of offices and have several more
changing in the near future, and this brings up the subject of
publishing releases. For the Chronicler (Hi, Asa) to publish your
information in the newsletter, and also to publish any articles you
write (you ARE planning to write articles, aren't you???), she needs a
release from you!   Easiest would be a blanket release for newsletter
items you send in.  She knows more about the details of this than I.

You also need to send your information to the virtual scribe of what you
want for the contact information on the web page. This also needs to
come from you, so she will know she has permission to use it.

Currently, I am going thru my records to make sure everything is up to
date, if I am missign any officer reports from August 2001, when they
started requiring Seneschals to have copies, I will contact you. Things
look pretty good, but there will probably be some, be they from not
recieving something, or from my computer crash last summer (It looks
like I may have a couple of bad files from that.).

Keep up the good work, and remember reports are due in a few days!
