Congradulation!!

I know how wonderful and nerve racking it is to go through the process of
owning a house. It's so exciting when they finally say YES!, and then theres
the dreaded paper work... ick. However all in all, it makes you feel really
good to finally own that whole 1.5 acres of land and actually able to call
it yours. You even get to color the walls whatever color you want without a
landlord saying "Un.. no.. change it back to that nasty puke green color.."
shiver... shiver.
