Well, it seems it just wasn't meant for me to go to Gulf War this year.  Due
to unforseen circumstances, I will not be attending Gulf War this year after
all.  This is not work related which is even worse.  In communicating with
Jesse, Cuan Ruadh, he has decided also not to attend this year either.  Hope
you all have a good time.

Dan, please free up mine and Jesse's tent space for someone else to use.
