[Loch-Ruadh] Meeting location

I liked the food at Joe's better, and it did have more seating, but Perrotti's is closer for me, and it's easier to hear at Perrotti's.  Plus, the seats are all close together, not strung out.  So I cast my vote for Perrotti's.
