[Loch-Ruadh] Lughnasad Coordinator's List

I think this is a great way to not only lighten the load on the "head autocrat", but also a tradition we should start -- training autocrats at every event (or maybe at least Lughnasadh, since it's our largest).

As I missed the first planning meeting, I wasn't aware of my assignments.  Since I now have them, I'll get right to work, boss!
