me.  (I want to learn what is involved so I can run setup next year).

As everyone is aware I am going to start coordinating the set up for our
event.  Please let me know if you will be off the Friday of the event and if
you are willing to go out and do some set up so that I can besure that
everything is ready to go when the event gets started.  All helpers will be
