[Loch-Ruadh] Loch Ruadh seneschal

I am the Seneschal of Loch Ruadh... and have not been able to get the
blackstar address corrected in the past. As I step down in a couple of
months, I am no longer trying... How may I help you?

PS: There was no LR fighter practice in March, due to being at Gulf War
that weekend, if that is what it is...
