[Loch-Ruadh] Re: 2004 Budget

It is now time for Loch Ruadh officers to begin putting together their budget for the next calendar year.  I must have all officer budget requests in my hands by the October business meeting.  I realize that we are busy with Defender planning, but please take some time to write up your budget requests as soon as possible.
