[Loch-Ruadh] SCA 101, Thank You

I was nearly 40 when I started fighting, I'm 50 now, and I'm by no 
means the oldest fighter on the field.  It's good exercise - I actually 
need to get into armor more often.  And Cathal is right - it's a lot of 
fun.
