[Loch-Ruadh] Gulf Wars question

I think our plan on arriving, (this answer is being given before confering
with Kat and is subject to change by Kat) is Sunday afternoon.
Leave sunday morning early and get there around 4-5 pm to get in line for
entry into Gulf War.
