[Loch-Ruadh] OT - Christmas Music

Greeting, fellow Christmas music junkies!

I'm trying to identify the artist/group that I've heard on the radio but
have not heard the name.  The carol in question is The Little Drummer Boy,
and it has both a distinctive drumbeat, and bagpipes, of all things.  Odd,
but very effective.  From these scraps of information, can anyone identify
who it is that does this version?  (C'mon, Tegwared - I'm counting on you
to know this.)
